Return Policy:

As a small business owner, I greatly value your satisfaction. While I strive to make every purchase perfect, please note that all Art Print sales are final. I am not able to offer refunds or returns as all prints are "made to order". I will allow exchanges within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery of prints in undamaged condition. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with an exchange, paying any difference in price, and will be charged a 10% restocking fee based on the total price of the original print(s) being exchanged. 

Cancellation Policy: 

All Art Print sales are final. Art Print orders can only be cancelled if the print has not been printed yet, as all orders are "made to order". Prints are sometimes printed immediately so there is no guarantee you will be able to cancel your print order. Due to costs associated with every order, regardless if it has been printed, a 10% cancellation fee based on the total cost of your cancelled order will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping:

Your satisfaction is important to me, and I aim to make your shopping experience smooth. Please allow up to 5 business days for order verification, printing, and processing, followed by an additional 10 business days for delivery. While I do my best to ensure a hassle-free delivery, please be aware that you are responsible for any customs tariffs your package may incur upon import to your country. It's worth noting that international mail is handled by the local postal carrier company, and once it enters a different country, I have limited control over its progress. In the rare event of a lost, stolen, or damaged shipment, additional shipping and handling fees may apply for re-shipping. Please understand that as a small business owner, I assume no responsibility for claims made with the shipping carrier. These are estimated timeframes and are not guaranteed.

International Duty and Tax:

When ordering from outside the United States, please be aware that you may incur additional charges at the time of delivery, including import Duty and Taxes. These costs are your responsibility to pay prior to delivery. In cases where taxes are not paid, and the order is returned, you'll be responsible for shipping costs once more. I appreciate your understanding.

Shipping Damage and Reshipment Clause:

In the unfortunate event that your order arrives with shipping-related damages, I am committed to ensuring your satisfaction. To initiate the resolution process, please follow these steps:

  1. Inspect Your Shipment: Upon receiving your order, carefully inspect all items for any visible damage or discrepancies. Please take pictures of the damaged prints and their packaging.
  2. Contact Me Immediately: In the event of shipping damage, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order. You can also reach me by email at contact@shubhimohta.com.
  3. Include Pictures: When contacting me, attach the pictures of the damaged prints and packaging to your email. This visual evidence will help me process your request more efficiently.
  4. Provide Order Details: Include your order number, name, and a brief description of the damage in your email.
  5. Resolution Process: Once I receive your email and review the provided information, I will assess the damage and determine the appropriate course of action. Depending on the circumstances, I may offer a reshipment of the damaged items or another suitable resolution.
Please note that any damage claims made after the specified time frame may not be eligible for a reshipment or other forms of compensation. Additionally, it is essential that you retain the original packaging until the claim process is complete, as it may be required for inspection or return purposes.

Purchase for Personal Use:

I appreciate your support, and I want to ensure that the art you purchase is enjoyed personally. By placing an order, you certify that you're buying products for personal use and not for resale. While I seldom decline orders, I reserve the right to do so without detailed explanation. If you're interested in selling my art prints in your shop, I invite you to use the contact form to initiate the process.

Ownership of the Artwork: who actually owns the Artwork?

I retain all rights to all artwork I create. This includes the rights to the image of sold & commissioned original paintings. I retain the right to make reproductions of any and all artwork I create unless the collector has also purchased the full or partial rights to the artwork. To discuss purchasing the rights, contact meThe collector or buyer may not reproduce the artwork in any way without written permission. If the artwork ends up being reproduced in a magazine or other media I only ask for credit. When you purchase an original painting you, the collector, have the right to display the artwork in your home or business but the artwork may not be resold or reproduced without my written permission. 
Custom Drawings
I retain the right to reproduce and sell custom drawings created by me. This enables me to offer my customers lower prices for these unique pieces of art. Rest assured that any reproductions will not compromise the exclusivity of your original custom drawing, which will remain one-of-a-kind and will not be sold to anyone else

Your support means the world to me, and I want to assure you that I respect copyright and trademark laws both in the United States and internationally. All content on my website is protected by these laws.

Privacy:

As a small business owner, I consider your privacy paramount. Rest assured that I treat your account information as confidential and will never share it with any outside affiliates or individuals. The information I collect for orders includes your name, email address, billing address, phone number, credit card details, internet protocol (IP) address, and geographical region. By providing this information to me, you acknowledge that you own and consent to my use of such personal data. I use this information for order verification, payment processing, billing, and to respond to your inquiries about sales and support. You have the right to withdraw or decline consent at any time. However, please note that if you do not provide the requested information, I won't be able to provide services to you.
